     The Zipperlock steel building is manufactured on your site, assuring that you're never short any pieces. As well, erection is quick - often in as little as four days. These very attractive metal buildings are built to the highest quality standards and are designed for People with a Purpose. Zipperlock Commercial Steel Buildings are engineered and conform to the requirements of the latest edition of the National Building Code (NBC) of Canada.
     Zipperlock structures have an integral roof and wall. The unique rectangular rib shape in a Zipperlock structure provides the strength necessary to free span distances up to 80 feet in certain areas, with building heights up to 32 feet, in the presence of external and/or internal load conditions. Owners can be confident their structure will provide unprecedented performance over time.
     The roof and walls are supported and rigidly anchored through a unique steel reinforced concrete grade beam and piling system. Zipperlock uses a standard grade beam of 16" wide x 24" or 48" high but has designed foundations of 2, 4, 6 and 8 foot heights.
     Another piece of mind is that these first class, high quality and very durable structures are sold, serviced and manufactured by the owners of the company and only a handful of people who have a purpose themselves.
