Zipperlock structures have an integral roof and wall. The unique rectangular rib shape in a Zipperlock structure provides the strength necessary to free span distances up to 72 feet, with building heights up to 28 feet, in the presence of external and/or internal load conditions. Grade Beam and Piling Systems

The roof and walls are supported and rigidly anchored through a unique steel reinforced concrete grade beam and piling system. Zipperlock uses a standard grade beam of 16" wide x 12" high but has designed foundations of 2, 4, 6 and 8 foot heights.
